By using this website, leaderboard, payment tracker, or related Discord and Telegram bot features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or bots.
What this service is
This website tracks leaderboard activity, referral activity, and outgoing reward payments for a community promotion. We are not a gambling operator, casino, bank, payment processor, or financial adviser. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Duel.com unless clearly stated otherwise.
Eligibility and responsible play
You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to you. Gambling involves risk and can result in losses. Only participate if you are legally allowed to do so, are at least 18 years old, and can afford the risk.
Leaderboard and reward rules
Leaderboard positions, rewards, races, referral programs, tips, and outgoing payments may be reviewed, corrected, paused, changed, or cancelled if needed. This includes cases involving mistakes, fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, technical problems, unavailable data, or changes outside our control. Rewards are not guaranteed until they are reviewed and confirmed by us.
User conduct
You agree not to abuse the site, bots, leaderboard, or payout process. This includes fraud, impersonation, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security, harassment, or submitting false payment information.
Data accuracy
We try to keep leaderboard and payment information accurate, but data may be delayed, incomplete, cached, imported from third parties, or affected by technical issues. We may correct records when we find an error.
No warranties
The site and bots are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all data will always be current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the site, bots, leaderboards, promotions, or payment tracking.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or bots after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
